Please review our cancellation and exchanges policy before submitting your request.
Cancellations & Exchanges
If you have signed up for a class but are unable to attend, please complete this form to cancel your enrollment. Since we are a small community nonprofit with limited resources, please do not email, call, or message us on other platforms to ensure a prompt response.
For cancellation requests received at least one week (7 days or more) before the class, we will issue a credit towards a future class.
We are unable to guarantee credit for cancellation requests received less than seven days before the date of the class, although we will do our best to accommodate late cancellations if we are able to fill your spot (i.e. if your ticket is resold). We do not provide refunds for class tickets, for any circumstance.
Tickets are transferable; please notify us using this form prior to the class if someone else will be attending in your stead and provide the attendees name and email address.
Important Notice:
We are a small community nonprofit and our class coordination team is run by all volunteers. Please allow us a few business days to respond. Additionally, we pay all of our teachers a prevailing wage independent of the amount of students and pre-purchase materials for each class. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges outside of the above terms and conditions.
Our affordable class pricing reflects our commitment to the community – keeping classes accessible, while ensuring fair pay for our staff, and ensuring our costs do not exceed our income. While we understand that last minute circumstances may prevent you from attending a class, we cannot make exceptions to this so that we can continue to serve the community and pursue our mission.
